Refund Policy

CLOUDEGY TCHNOLOGY LIMITD (hereinafter referred to as “EgyNode” or “We,” depending on the context) sends to Our Valued Customers (“You,” “Customer,” “User,” referring to individuals or representatives of companies using services at EgyNode or in relation to EgyNode) the following terms considered as a service usage agreement at EgyNode. By using EgyNode services, you agree to the general terms of use and the accompanying conditions specifically listed in this document.

1. Policy Description:
At EgyNode, we support refunds within 30 days from the activation of the customer’s service on the system (excluding trial periods). Refunds and their forms are described below.

2. Refund Acceptance:
Customers are entitled to a 100% refund within 15 days from the activation of the service. The refund will be made via the payment method initially used to settle the invoice at EgyNode.

Customers are eligible for a partial refund (remaining amount) after deducting the cost of using the service for 30 days if the refund request is made from the 16th to the 30th day from the service activation date.

In cases where refund requests are made beyond the 30-day limit as outlined above, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

3. Refund Conditions:
3.1: The above refund policy applies only once per customer using services at EgyNode. Refund requests made for the second time on the same account or under the same customer information may be denied. (We will verify user information through documents such as ID card, domain name used, registered phone number, or company tax code.)

3.2: The above refund policy applies only to Cloud VPS and Cloud Hosting services. Refunds do not apply to domain services and other services provided by EgyNode.

3.3: Refunds apply to customers using Cloud Hosting or Cloud VPS services encountering unexpected issues from EgyNode system, rendering the service unusable due to failure to meet the specifications or values stated in the official pricing and configuration details on EgyNode website. We will consider and apply refunds based on the remaining time of the prepaid service package.

3.4: We reserve the right to deny refunds if the customer violates any of the Terms of Use in Section 1 regarding the use of the service or conflicts with Section 3.3 above. Some common cases where refunds are not applicable include:

– Customers downgrade or switch service types within EgyNode’s system; excess costs will not be refunded but credited towards the corresponding service. – Customers using services that violate the laws of the India or international laws will have their services terminated, and refunds will not be granted.

4. Refund Process:
If the service fails to meet the technical requirements committed or for other reasons of dissatisfaction, please provide a list of reasons detailing the issues via the ticket system to the sales department. Detailed descriptions will help EgyNode understand the reasons, support you more effectively, and increase the likelihood of a fast and satisfactory refund. For any support questions or difficulties in using the service, our technical support team operates 24/7/365 and is always ready to assist you under any circumstances.

5. Refund Processing Time:
When customers submit a refund request to EgyNode’s support department, it will be processed during business hours. The refund time depends on the payment method originally used to pay for the service at EgyNode as follows:

6. Policy Changes:
EgyNode reserves the right to change or update the above policies to ensure fairness between customers and the service provider (EgyNode) during service distribution and delivery.
